REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in managerial positions, preferably in industries such as education, sales, call centers, training department or customer service, or having been a sales supervisor with exceptional, verifiable results.
- At least 3 years of formal English teaching experience.
MAIN OBJECTIVE
Ensure the academic quality and excellence of the classes provided to students, manage a team of 14-16 teachers and an average of 700-800 students, and support the marketing team with complementary activities that drive an annual growth of 20%.
RESULTS
- Manage a team of 14-16 teachers with quality scores above 8.0 (1-10 scale).
- Maintain a customer satisfaction index of at least 88%.
- Ensure that 70% of students pass their level evaluations.
- Achieve 90% satisfaction among coaches and 95% monthly coach retention.
- Evaluate curricula and teaching plans, proposing improvements.
- Support the marketing team with activities to boost sales.
