Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

The person will be responsible for obtaining various permits, licenses, and approvals necessary for our projects and operations. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and fluent English.

This job is great for a candidate looking to get exposed to the construction industry in South Florida. The candidate will get experience in local laws, regulations, and items related to construction.

Job Duties:

  • Research local regulations and requirements to identify necessary permits and licenses for projects.
  • Gather and complete required paperwork, forms, and supporting documents for permit applications.
  • Submission of Online Permit Applications
  • Track the progress of permit applications and follow up with authorities as needed.
  • Providing general support to staff members as needed
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers, contractors, and government agencies regarding permit statuses and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and permit conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of permits obtained, expiration dates, renewal requirements, and other pertinent information.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 80% English
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
