Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records. Your expertise in accounting principles and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the company's financial stability and success.

Who You Are:

·        Responsible for preparing monthly and year-end financial statements in a timely manner in accordance with GAAP and management requirements.

·        Responsible for ensuring that all entries to the general ledger are processed promptly and accurately in a timely matter.

·        Responsible for compilation of annual operating budget and financial forecasts as required by management.

·        Responsible for maintaining corporate, franchise and sales tax compliance. Assist outside accountants and service providers with preparation of all tax filings.

·        Work with all auditors – internal, external, bank, tax, etc., to ensure audits are completed efficiently, effectively and on time.

·        Interact with all levels of management in evaluating business activities to ensure financial results are achieved or exceeded.  Provide analysis and assistance to management in formulating strategies to achieve financial goals.

·        Responsible for ensuring payments to vendors are accurate and timely.

·        Responsible for maintaining adequate A/R and inventory reserves.

·        Reviews and analyses royalty reports and ensures compliance with established processes and procedures and requirements of licensor agreements.

·        Work with Controller on ensuring proper insurance coverage.

·        Responsible for hiring, training, and development of Finance department staff.
