International Sales Manager (MICE)

As the Sales Manager specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of event spaces and accommodations for corporate meetings, incentive trips, conferences, and exhibitions. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

•Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions

•English proficiency is a must

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required

•Strong leadership, good team player
