
Jr Ocean Customer Service Analyst - Hybrid

A multinational freight forwarder is seeking an Jr Ocean Customer Service Analyst to join their team.
This role is essential for providing high-quality service to customers and supporting daily operational activities related to international logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage shipping orders from customers and global offices.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-up on shipments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide status updates.
- Support business growth through cross-selling opportunities and identifying new revenue streams.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Prepare reports and maintain updated records of shipments and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in logistics operations.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Work dynamic:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Hybrid work model: 3 days on-site, 2 day remote.
- Location: Puerto Madero, CABA.
