Jr Ocean Customer Service Analyst - Hybrid

A multinational freight forwarder is seeking an Jr Ocean Customer Service Analyst to join their team.

This role is essential for providing high-quality service to customers and supporting daily operational activities related to international logistics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage shipping orders from customers and global offices.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-up on shipments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide status updates.
  • Support business growth through cross-selling opportunities and identifying new revenue streams.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
  • Prepare reports and maintain updated records of shipments and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in logistics operations.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Work dynamic:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Hybrid work model: 3 days on-site, 2 day remote.
  • Location: Puerto Madero, CABA.
