Responsibilities:

🎨 Design Excellence: Lead the design of exceptional features to enhance product functionality.

💻 Code Quality: Set high coding standards and write outstanding code to raise the bar for the team.

📅 Delivery Planning: Improve the planability of the team delivery process for efficient execution.

👨‍💼 Leadership: Act as a tech lead, guiding a small team in a quality-oriented environment.

Required Technologies:

🚀 Must-have: Node.js

🔧 Optional: Golang, polyglot programming

✏️ Clean Code Writing: Utilization of eslint, prettier, husky, gitlab-ci, docker, strict MR workflow, and automated versioning.

📊 Database: MongoDB (optionally any TSDB)

⚙️ Optional DevOps Knowledge: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform+Helm, Gitlab, Jenkins, Slack API, Grafana, Micro-Service Architecture, bash, Python.

Experience:

📆 Minimum 7 years in software development.

👨‍💻 Tech lead experience in a quality-oriented environment.
