Marketing Manager

Drive profitable, sustainable business growth by building a strong, differentiated, and healthy brand portfolio that addresses identified market opportunities, drives penetration, and wins preference with consumers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the “General Manager” for the brand, representing the consumer in decision-making and championing the brand across the business.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of consumer behavior, channels, competition, and marketing best practices.
  • Ensure the Brand Foundations (Positioning, Story, Creative Platform, Look & Feel) are in place and lead the development of the Portfolio Strategy and the long-term Marketing Strategy (including innovation).
  • Build the Annual Brand Strategy and lead the development of the Annual Integrated Brand & Channel Activation Plan to build equity, including coordinating the annual Trade Marketing plan with the regional Business Development Teams.
  • Develop the Content Framework in line with the Activity Plan and the Brand Toolkit (and guidelines) for different market clusters, including Brand Experience (on-premise events, tastings, etc.).
  • Develop and implement the Digital Marketing Strategy and manage the brand’s online presence (website, CRM/marketing automation). Support sales to ensure consistent brand execution in the e-commerce channel.
  • Establish brand performance tracking (qualitative/quantitative/online analytics) and provide analysis of brand health to the business. Monitor brand investment to ensure a balance between short-term sales and long-term brand-building.
  • Build a Global Brand Community for the company across the organization, Distributors, and Brand Executives to ignite them with a collective passion and drive the right activities.
  • Create a global PR strategy (with PR agency) to build brand reputation and effectively manage third-party agencies (Digital, Activation) to ensure fresh, consistent brand communication.
  • Lead Brand NPD and oversee the successful delivery of innovation initiatives to the market.
  • Coach and develop direct reports to build an effective and efficient Marketing team.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English; a third language is desirable but not indispensable.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, marketing channels, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies.
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and brand health analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing strategies and online brand presence.
  • Ability to work with third-party agencies and manage PR strategies.
  • Willingness to travel abroad, including the USA and Europe.
