
Media Lab Director

Objective:
The Media Lab Director is responsible to head internal studio called Media Lab to generate graphic designs and branding, also trafficking project’s tasks for print/digital/audiovisual production, creative work, events support, campaigns, etc.
The role must be able to follow given project timelines and is mainly responsible for overseeing an interdisciplinary production department’s day-to-day operation to ensure prompt progress of job orders to conform with quality standards, production schedules and on-time delivery to customers.
Main responsibilities:
1. Leads the content, design and production of marketing materials and social media engagement.
2. Develops all branding and messaging for CORE – JOY, ABR, CBU and Corporate.
3. Develops a digital experience for our customers.
4. Manage data-driven insights/outcomes to produce more effective marketing campaigns.
5. Prepare and monitor annual budget.
6. Responsible for leading and developing Media Lab team.
4. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or field related
Master or MBA focus on business strategy, marketing (Desirable)
Print/Digital Production and art direction
Master Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Solid knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and PDFs Project Management tools
Advanced English
Areas of Experience: Medical devices, Consumer Health Care, FMCG, Pharma, Marketing Agencies.
