Senior Finantial Analyst / Associate

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• Master’s in finance or MBA

• Strong understanding of financial and accounting topics and passion for financial markets

• Strong analytical skills and ability to obtain conclusions and insights

• Personal presence and ability to communicate effectively

• Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills in Spanish and English

• Attention to detail & Data driven

• Pro-level in office package (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word)

• Fully bilingual (Spanish and English)

• Relevant 4-6 years of experience in a financial analysis / financial positions (Investment Banking/M&A, Private Equity, Investments or Corporate Finance)

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES/TASKS

• Participates in the definition of the investment strategy and value creation roadmap

• Pursues, evaluates, negotiates, structures and executes investment deals in Northern Latin America.

• Supervises performance on current investments and its transformation processes

• Supports the post-merger integration of recently acquired businesses

Some of the tasks that you will involve with are:

• Perform in-depth business analysis, business models and company valuations (DCF, LBO, project finance, multiples, etc.)

• Identify risks and opportunities in current and future investments

• Design and elaborate ad-hoc presentations and pitch books for investment committee, business owners and/or investors

• Industry research, including market mapping, market sizing, and highlighting industry trends

• Lead and coordinate due diligence processes for investment opportunities

• Ad-hoc tasks related with investment activities
