We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst, for a growing company, dedicated to the consultancy in gestational carriers, surrogacy and egg donations.

Responsibilities:

- Google Ads/Social Media ads. Oversee and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI

and drive customer acquisition.

- Collect, analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities

and challenges.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on KPIs, campaign effectiveness and

business insights.

- Conduct market research to identify target markets and audiences, analyze competitors

and identify new opportunities.

- Create marketing and sales pitch materials for lead nurturing campaigns.

- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive

customer engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in similar role

- Knowledge and experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics and other digital

marketing tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Proficiency in data analysis tools

- Interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of email marketing tools is desirable

Location: Recoleta

Work Format: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday
