What We Are Seeking
We are looking for an experienced and innovative individual to undertake commercial pre-sales support activities within Mexico, products and services. This is a dynamic and demanding role that will involve supporting the day-to-day activities of the sales team to enable them to become more successful. For the right candidate it would be a highly rewarding role.
Act as a business and technical consultant to interpret and translate client requirements into feasible, scalable solutions.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities
- Product presentation/demonstration
- Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal
- Provide first-line technical support for software evaluations and/or pilot projects
- Provide any technical input needed for proposals
- Build custom demo’s
- Execute short term assessments, POC/Workshop, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition and business case
- Support pre-sales meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Provide an interface between the sales and technical teams
Requirements
Essential
- Proven track record in vendor pre-sales or solution consultancy role with a business solutions provider, ideally in BPM/RPA/Digital Transformation.
- Good technical and functional experience as a developer/consultant with focus on business automation.
- Good presenter, communicator and influencer with strong verbal and written skills with customer interaction skills at C- level, as well as Technical/Architect level.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, XML and automation and low code tools
- Good understanding of Cloud architectures (Azure) and security.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Excellent proficiency in English
