Pet Professional Officer

Job Purpose

The Pet Professional Manager position will be setting the foundations of Royal Canin as a Health through Nutrition company working with importer. The mission is to Identify and build sustainable relationships with all stakeholders in the Vet & PRO Community, support the transformation based on the principles of recommendation, ensuring the business growth trajectory, mutually profitable relationship with VET & PRO customers. 

Key Responsibilities 

Responsible for sharing insights and supervising market growth, deployment and strategy of the Pet Professional sector on central American market.

Embed a 'category first' culture into the market, in line with category range plan recommendations and the Perfect Clinic and Pet Professional services programs whilst supporting the strategic direction on portfolio deployment and "test & learn" support

Job Specifications/Qualifications

Degree level business qualification

Fluent in English

Veterinary Qualification is an advantage.

Must be able to demonstrate a high competency of commercial acumen.

Vet/Sales/Marketing background with knowledge of the veterinary industry

Varied knowledge of roles with at least 5 years' experience 

Experience in navigating complex environment, quickly adapt to changing and challenging situations.
