Business Developer

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established freight forwarding and logistics company, seeking a skilled and driven Business Developer to support their continued growth.

Based in Buenos Aires, this role is focused on expanding B2B accounts, increasing market share, and driving gross profit across various strategic segments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Understand customer needs and offer tailored logistics and freight forwarding solutions.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to conduct client meetings and business development activities.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and close sales contracts. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction. Report on sales activities and pipeline progress.
  • Participate in training and adhere to the company’s sales policies.


Qualifications

  • Degree in International Trade, Business, or Logistics preferred.
  • Solid experience in B2B sales, ideally within freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation.
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken (a must).
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.


Work Dynamic

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Work model: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
  • Location: Puerto Madero, CABA
